Nicki Minaj Becomes The First Woman With 4 Simultaneous Top 10 Hits on Billboard’s Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Chart

According to a publication made by the Billboard, Nicki Minaj stands as the first female to have four simultaneous Top 10 records on the Billboard’s Mainstream R&B/ Hip-Hop airplay chart that is dated March 28. The achievement of this feat comes possible thanks to her “Feeling Myself” single that features Beyonce, which rose from #11 to #10 on the chart. Previous achievers of the record include Lil Wayne in 2008, and Drake in 2011. Both rappers has quadrupled up in the top 10 in multiple weeks.

While “Feeling Myself” took a jump forward, another single which comes from Nicki Minaj‘s The Pinkprint album, ‘Only’, took a step backward as it went from eighth place to ninth.

In the publication, Billboard added to share that Minaj was also able to capture the award of being the first female artist with four simultaneous records in the Top 10 of the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop chart as the lead act. While other artists such as Rihanna, Ashanti and Beyonce have also achieved this effort, Nicki Minaj is the only lead artiste to have done it.

Aside from this news announced by Billboard, Nicki will be touring North America on her ‘The Pinkprint’ tour as of the 17th of July. The tour will head to several cities in the United States along with Canada. Meek Mill, Rae Sremmurd and Dej Loaf are expected to join her on the tour.
