Suge Knight’s Bail Now Set At $25 Million Following Prosecutor’s 295 Page Document Outlining His Past Crimes

Recently, TMZ reported that the judge has sided with the prosecutors in the murder case against Suge Knight and his bail has now been set at $25 million. The bail which was initially set at $2 million was revoked after the former Death Row Records CEO was deemed a flight risk.

In a written compilation of 295 pages, prosecutors outlined arguments and supporting evidence that document what prosecutors have referred to as Knight‘s “shameless life of crime”. Among the crimes outlined in the 295 page document are robbery, assault, and witness intimidation.

In addition, the prosecutors also suggested in the documents that Knight’s anger was fuelled by the announcement of the N.W.A. biopic, Straight Outta Compton, as reported by the New York Times. It is said in the document that he was upset “that he was not compensated for his likeliness in the movie.” He reportedly called Dr. Dre a homophobic slur, and threatened the music producer and Ice Cube, in a text message that was sent to an unidentified person.

The former music exec is currently being charged with murder, attempted murder, and two counts of hit-and-run, following a hit-and-run which took place earlier this year.

TMZ lately reported that Suge was taken to the hospital because he collapsed after the hearing.
